About The P.E.A.C.E. Project

All like-minded individuals, groups and organizations are invited and strongly encouraged to actively participate in the objectives of the 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project. The Foundation, a.k.a. The Time Capsules and Legacies Project, is a not-for-profit formation encouraging FREE participation in a global effort that is intended to assist humanity in the service of establishing positive world changes, and truly lasting peace and planetary stability.

What is the 2012 World P.E.A.C.E. Project?
Our purpose is to form a Planetary Establishment of Awareness, Collaboration and Evolution.

Awareness

The unfortunate truth is that our modern society faces numerous evils – suffering, poverty, disease, starvation, violent crime, constant wars, and over-population that is quickly becoming an exhausting drain on poorly-managed Earth resources. In the midst of this chaos, world leaders have done little to change the destructive course we find ourselves on. As global citizens, we must be aware of the issues facing our society and our planet. Because we have each, willingly or not, contributed to the many problems we face, we must each claim the personal responsibility and be a part of the solution. Once someone is exposed to real-world awareness, all too often do we hear it followed by, "It's not my problem, there's nothing I can do about it." This too is an even more serious problem we must learn to overcome. This is a false perception and is the number-one leading cause that allows these conditions to remain unresolved.

We cannot and must not rely solely on the mainstream media to keep us informed of what is really going on. Each and every one of us must develop a heightened state of awareness, and seek news and information from reliable alternatives. In this manner, we also become more educated about the increased need for world change, and recognize possible effective solutions that are presented.

One of the objectives of this web site is to act as a conduit for this awareness. Our online video libraries and resources contain information to help you better understand the world around you.

No one can be sure exactly what is in store for the human race today, tomorrow, in 2012 or beyond. It is up to you to increase your awareness and prepare for whatever lies ahead. It is in the pursuit of knowledge that we learn how to affect changes that will benefit all of humanity.

Collaboration

No single organization or person has all of the answers for world change. Through our collaborative efforts, like-minded individuals and organizations are encouraged to come together to share ideas for world peace and planetary sustainability.

The TCL Capsule Memorial & Kits will function as the physical manifestation of our shared voices and visions, declaring together our common desire and commitment to bring about positive world change. Together, a global coalition will be assembled to share, collect and preserve the detailed ideas and plans everyone has for a better, more sustainable world.

No idea is too big or too small. All we ask is that your ideas be expressed in a thoughtful and creative manner, which will be shared and preserved through the P.E.A.C.E. Project’s time capsules and memorial. Your creative expression can be achieved and shared through art, poetry, essays, videos, slide shows, music, photography or any number or combination of methods suited to your personal comfort zone. The suggested theme and collection of these contributions is well guided by a step-by-step process, and made extremely easy with your FREE Online Account.

Our primary goals are:

1. Through project participation, form a summit for the discussion and analysis of collective contributions obtained through the project, for the theme of world peace. And …

2. To build the world’s largest time capsule, filled with meaningful ideas and plans for achieving world peace and sustainability. Depending on the amount of participation in the project, we will build a memorial of appropriate scale to preserve our shared voices. In addition to preserving the legacies and priceless contributions of our project participants, the memorial will hold historic value and mark the point in time when the men and women of the world stood together and took very real and significant action toward achieving peace.

Evolution

Just as each of us achieves awareness of the world around us and collaborates with others for meaningful change, so must we evolve. The human race is long overdue for change. Evolution may take on many meanings for each of us. This usually represents a slow process, but the time has come for acceleration. If there is to be positive world change any time soon, then we must consider ... how shall we evolve now?  What will be the legacy we choose to leave the children of humanity?

The time has come to share our planet and look out for one another. It is only through awareness and collaboration that we can make evolutionary progress. We must use ideas and plans for positive human transformation and put them into action now, taking responsibility for our planetary situation and begin correcting our path today.
